If the new bicycle tested has issues such as misalignment, it will be fixed on the spot. Bicycle parts warranty are in-house for 1 month. Warranty will be voided if there are signs of misuse, lack of proper maintenance and modifications done to it.

Bicycles are not exchangeable after purchase, while accessories may be exchangeable depending on the situation. However, you can discard your old bicycles at Green Cycle. We will try to service it if it is still in usable condition and donate it to someone who is in need of it.
